Yamamoto Kogaku Co., Ltd. (the "Company") stipulates the following guidelines for the management of its official social media accounts ("Official Accounts").

Purpose of Official Account Management
The Company disseminates information using social media in order to raise awareness regarding the Company and the brands it develops. The Company manages its Official Accounts with the aim of conversing with customers, raising trust in the Company, heightening its brand value, and being a corporation beloved by its customers.
Precautions Regarding Use
The Company manages its Official Accounts based on the content described in the Site Policy. Use the Official Accounts only upon agreement to the management stipulations.
Replies and Response to Inquiries
Not all comments to Official Account posts receive replies. Official Accounts do not respond to DM (direct message) inquiries.
